What is the return policy?

All products are shipped as is with no assumed warranty. Damaged books, from shipping, may be replaced at Melody Box Inspires discretion as long as you contact Melody Box Inspires within 30 days of receiving the book.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is a flat $5 cost. Sales tax is calculated at 8.25%.

What is the shipping method used?

Any order that is shipped to a physical address in the United States will be sent using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Any order that is shipped to a post office box will be sent using the United States Postal Service.
